RETECO and Tutum want to make logistics easier

Lübeck – April 26, 2021 – RETECO Datentechnik GmbH and Tutum GmbH want to cooperate in the future on the development of software solutions for logistics. The cooperation between the two system houses provides for the integration of an archiving system developed by Tutum into a Reteco product line. The focus is on cloud-based and audit-proof document management for logistics companies. For this, the programs Smart Invoice and DocuWare from Tutum are integrated into the CARGOBASE® TMS product family from Reteco.

The combined software package enables users to digitally capture, manage and archive all documents that arise – clearly and largely automatically. Whether delivery notes, freight documents or invoices – everything is automatically recognized, recorded, compared and stored in a clearly structured manner. The quick access to the information leads to a simplification of the everyday business processes. The cloud-based archive system also makes timely document storage safe for possible audits by the tax authorities. All data is stored in the secure cloud. Access to the information is only possible for authorized persons.

With the new CARGOBASE® TMS + software package, into which the Tutum system solution is integrated, Reteco primarily wants to address future-oriented logistics companies that rely on the advantages of digitization. The automatic recording, management and archiving of business documents makes work enormously easier, especially for logisticians.

Reteco and Tutum face the requirements of a growing market. Together, both companies want to gain new market shares with their system solution and further expand their market positions.

The new product is now available from Reteco under the name CARGOBASE® TMS +.
